- Discounts offered are based on the current published advertising rates.
- Amount on the invoice will be with 15% for Standard Agency discounts and 20% for Preferred Agency discount. The Agency/Client is also eligible for additional 5% prompt payment discount for payment within 60 days.
- All discounts are strictly subject to the Publisher receiving full payment within the agreed terms of payment mentioned above. For overdue accounts of more than 4 calendar months (120 days and above), no discounts will be due and the full published rates on the standard rate card will be due to the publisher.
- The Agency/Client have the right to postpone any pre-booked advertising for a particular month by providing the Publisher with thirty (30) dayswritten notice. All such postponed insertions must then be utilized within the contract period.
- It is the sole responsibility of the Agency/Client to supply ready artwork to the Publisher within the stated advertising deadlines.
- Every care is taken to avoid mistakes but the Publisher cannot accept liability for any errors due to incorrect copy or inaccurate copy instructions. The Publisher’s liability for errors and omissions in any advertisement, however caused, shall not exceed the amount of the invoice for the advertisement.
- Any special requirements of the Agency/Client must be stated in this contract. Unless there is an agreement in writing for the Publisher to create or amend artwork, a charge may be made for any design or production work required if complete material is not supplied.
- The Agency/Client accepts full responsibility for ensuring that material supplied is true and correct, not defamatory of any person, nor in breach of any copyright. The Publisher has the right to omit any advertisement not in keeping with a publication’s standards in which case no claim on the part of a Client for damages or breach of contract shall arise. Should such an omission occur due to the act or default of the Client then the space reserved shall be paid for in full.
- Advertising agency commission of 20% will be paid to recognized agencies providing material and who accept liability as principals
